What are your store hours?
Our Temecula location is open Monday through Friday 10:00am to 6pm and Saturday 11am to 5pm. We are closed on major holidays. Store hours are subject to change so be sure to check prior to coming.
What kind of printing do you do?
Our print methods consist of Direct to Garment Printing, Screen Printing, and Cut Vinyl.
I got an email my order is ready, can I pick up right now?
First please check our store hours located at the bottom of our website as they are the most current. If we're open then you can come in anytime during business hours.
Our site features apparel we have in stock and ready to print. Garments are high quality and fit relitively true to size. However, we suggest viewing size specs before ordering.
We can special order a wide variety of brands Special orders must be made in store and are not available for same day pickup.
You can also provide your own shirts but for rush orders 100% cotton is prefered. In addition any apparel provided is completely at the owners risk.

Do you do artwork?
Yes, we provide artwork services. However, not having production ready artwork may make your job not eligible for same day pick up. We offer 10-15 minutes of free artwork with your order and have options for more complex designs. This includes us directly doing the work or we also refer our customers to third party designers.
What's the fastest I can have my order?
Today! If you order on our website by 1pm you will have your order in a few hours. You must choose the same day pick up option when checking out.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that things come up and sometimes events get cancelled. If we have not started printing then yes you can cancel. If we have completed the order then we cannot accept a return since the garments are printed. We do not allow returns for special ordered items.
We offer several options for artwork.
-An online designer lets you create unique designs at no cost.
-You can email us your ideas and we will give a quote to have your design made by us.
-Call us to set up an ideal time to come in for artwork. Keep in mind that pricing over the phone may not be possible without visually seeing what you would like.
We offer fullfilment for your external site or we can create a new website for you to sell merch on.
Orders come in and we print, package, and ship them. No hassle for you!
